Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address can only be made if the order has not been processed.

How do I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found on the Shipping confirmation email we sent you. If you see nothing on your inbox,
please try to check your Spam/Junk folder. 

I received the wrong item!

Simply send a photo of your order items and
your order number to service@viviblu.com.au and we will be more than happy to rectify your order issue for
you.

My delivery hasn't arrived.

Our items are delivered by Australia Post and can take up to 10 business days depending on the location of your delivery address. If you still have not received your delivery after 10 business days. Contact Us:

My footwear is the wrong size.

It’s easy to return your footwear for a refund or exchange. Contact us via email for details on how to return. service@viviblu.com.au

NOTE: Product must be in brand-new condition to receive a full refund or exchange of size. Always test-fit your shoes indoors, walking on carpets and rugs.

Footwear indicating outdoor wear to the soles are deemed as soiled and a partial refund of 75% of the purchase price will be processed. Exchange for alternative size will be charged at full price on a separate transaction.

My footwear is faulty.

If you notice something not quite right, such as faulty workmanship or damage caused during transit, please send us photos via email so we can assist you with how to return your product for refund or replacement

What size should I order?

Please refer to the Size Charts for each style of shoes. You may notice that the size charts vary from style to style, this is due to manufacturer variances in production.

At ViviBlu we have individually measured each size of every style & have allocated the appropriate size on the size chart.
